Quick find this time. The construction workers in the street where far enough.
Nice views from here.

This cache took us to another spot we'd driven past many times but never stopped at. A nice quick multi. A few muggles around but they moved on quickly enough.

Do not be fooled! The island at waypoint one marked Kawau is in fact Tiritiri Matangi Island.
Great memorial set in a lovely quiet garden setting. Beware the bowling muggles! T4TC.
Came to waypoint 1, but a muggle was wating near GZ for the next waypoint. Sat on the bench and enjoyed the view for a while. Will be back to finish this one.
Didn't find second mag.

Nice cache for a good cause. We will remember them. Found the final cache muggled, open and wet. Glyn is going to fix that. Thanks Glyn...
WP1 was hidden well today. I thought I had a no find, until I really looked. WP2 was much easier, and the final fell soon after that.
Lovely spot indeed.
Thanks for the cache!

Saw this one was on the Go again and cruised by today. WP2 reminded me of a cache in Australia.
WP2 cords where different, but soon worked it out
Thanks Glyn for bringing me here.

New container, know not to use that type again,-- a round sistema with a flush top (no overhanging lid) all dry & ready to go.
Nice and quick multi. We had no problems with wpts 1 and 2 and even the final was found with minimal fuss.
Unfortunately the final cache container was full of water, which we emptied out, and we dried out the contents as best we could (which wasn't easy in the rain!), however the cache could probably do with a proper dry out and some new silica sachets.

Quick find in the chill of the early evening. What a cheeky hide.

15:38 Third time lucky on this one. Thanks Glyn for the extra hint. Glad we finally found it. TNLN. Thanks for the cache Glyn, now we can rest for a while...
Did not manage to find first one but Mum guessed the second and went from there.
Good fun - nice to home.
Cheers

18:35 Had another go at this and failed again. Its been a long day, must be time to head home. Maybe a hint with detailed survey plans may be required ...
A female muggles was reading a book at the first site, so I headed over to where I suspected the second one would be, looked around, thought 'where would I hide a cache here', and upon answering my own question, found the second clue right away, which led me to the final cache a few minutes later.
By that time, the bookworm had left, and I found the first cache, along with a few earwigs trying to make a home of it.
Despite having grown up in Glenfield, I've never been up that road, and had no idea what a great view there is from there.
Note to owner - cache was waterlogged when I opened it - silica gel needs replacing. Fortunately the log book itself was nice and dry.

14:51 Well we ran out of luck with this one, we must have used all our "Glyn" luck out on this mornings caches . We found the first two micros, but alas not the final. One for another cache day, thanks anyway it must be well hidden.
Ate lunch looking out at the lovely views. Gave Sinautus and I time to check out the area and put in our guesses before the hunt. Found both mircos within seconds but the final took a little longer as we were watching the airforce planes grace our skys, which the camera came out so we could blend in with the muggles that suddenly appeared. All in all a great multi cache, nice and easy. T4TC. TNLNSL
Second find of the day with Kaz... Nice camo on final, blends in well with surroundings. TNLNSL. TFTC.
By the time I arrived here, I had plenty of experience in locating camouflaged caches already today and was able to find the cache fairly easily, although I tried to walk a few metres beyond the cache.
WP1 & 2 fell easily; looked for the final for a minute, when who should come by but St. Ouens. Sat & had a smoke with hubby while St. Ouens did waypoints. He had his hand on the final in moments. Turns out in my first look, I was actually sitting on it!

#478. Late afternoon and time for another couple for sure. Drove up and there was someone new wielding a yellow E-trex - snap!. Turned out to be Danger Mousse and partner, and I was their first meet up with geocacher on site so to speak. Had a bit of a yarn and found the final together. Wonderful breeze here after all this humid weather. TFTC.
Wp 1 came easy after we had to wait a few minutes for a muggle to vacate the hiding place.
WP 2 is a bit wet and delaminating, but still readable.
Nice camo on final, almost looked right over it!!
- navy pin
+green glass bottle, glass beads

Nice easy multi. Knew exactly where we were going. It is a lovely spot. TFTC. + Navy Badge
ahhhh.... my sister went to guides here and I enquired about holding my 21st in the hall.... they don't allow 21st's in this hall if you were wondering.
"information courtesy of Tony McCracken"..... the infamous Mr McCracken from Glenfield college??? one wonders.
Cheers for the cache.

Found with BigFatRob, was the first find for the afternoon.
No probs finding the stages, was there for less an 5mins.
Many years ago my younger brother went to playcentre in the Memorial Hall, a cool spot, even with somewhat of a view.

Nice easy multi with great views. Bit of a problem with muggles enjoying the view as well. TNLN
Had to return to this one after checking that the muggles had left. Found remaining clue and cache easily.
TNLN SL Thanks for the cache.

Nice easy multi with great views and peaceful surroundings. Another well placed cache and uncomplicated in the hints area.

I really enjoy these mini-multis. Excellent view from WP1 that perhaps the locals wouldn't necessarily appreciate? No problems with WP2 or the final. Many thanks Glyn
Unusually pieceful for this time at midweek, I'm sure.

Looks like a busy day for this cache. Took the grandchildren along and got them to do the work. Nice little spot and clever hide too.
Saw another person lounging by the seat so bravely sauntered up and asked him in a roundabout way if he was there looking for something. Turned out he was an innocent local just admiring the view. Duh! TFTC

1.05pm. Got the notification for this one but was busy wrapping some xmas presents, so finished those and dashed out the door.
Wasn't too surprised to see the fast flying Mr. Gull @ GZ when I arrived
He was already two WP's up on me so A quick search and those were in hand.
One of the WP's had some info that was a little contrary and had both of us scratching our heads for a while.
But I just happened to be the first to stumble across the cache first.

Well I was first to GZ and waypoint 1 and 2 but The pud arrived and scored the FTF before me. There was a minor conflict in the directions. (now corrected)
A very well set up memorial which I pass more or less daily but have never stopped before. And thanks to the pud for "directions" to the final.

Arrived at the cache and noticed a person whistling and trying to be non-chalant. Sorry, didn't work, Zork V.
Found the first two waypoints fairly quickly but the final had us all over the place. Then it was in my hand. It was a good combined effort by the both of us.
TNLNSL.
Cheers for the cache.
