#GA5817 - 11:42:00 AM; Day three of a road trip taking the long way to Adelaide from the National Capital with the geohoney. Spent the night in Cobar, and after an early caching run around the town to collect a few more, we headed off for Broken Hill, stopping in Wilcannia for a snap of this CORS to cross another dragonZone off the "to do"list. TG47 and I travelled down to Wilcannia today via the eastern road from Tilpa. It was a good road most of the way as there was a road crew working on it. How lucky were we. Once here we set up camp then proceeded into town to do two frustrating GC multis. We gave up for a while and came out to grab the required photo for this CORS. Thanks for publishing it to add to our exploration of this town Geocaching Australia.

Staying at the Warrawong on the Darling caravan park - and doing a couple of caches around Wilcannia. I am always amazed at the very ordinary looking places that CORS are located. I don’t use a GPS these. Days so included the front of our Ute as proof of our visit. TFTC
GCA 4,298. Found during our 2020 Outback Adventure tour.
Day 3 - and we drove from Cobar over to Broken Hill, with a lunchtime stop in Willcania. Nice easy drive to this CORS for a quick find.

West New South Wales trip 2020. Day 3. I was joined by MinnieK and Fitzy_1965 for a trip planned to go from
Goulburn to Forbes, Nyngen, Cobar, Broken Hill, Wentworth and Balranald. Today we left Cobar having found all
the local caches yesterday. It was a long straight drive to Broken Hill with a few caches scatterd along the way,
plus a dual multi in Wilcannia along with a short sharp outback rainshower. We ended the day with an evening
tour of Earthcaches around Broken Hill.
This was a quick drive by at the end of Wilcannia from outside the yard.
Thanks
Albida

As soon as you pull into the side road you will see it on the side of the shed. I got a weird look from a council worker, but I just waved and drove off. If I was out of the car, i would have explained what I was doing.
