Late in the afternoon we arrived on Loumala after leaving Emerald this morning. We located the CORS antenna on the roofing of a building. The required photo is included with this log. Thanks for the cache.
It was time for a pitstop and who am I to argue when there's a cache in the offing? A nice quick one at 11:50 and I even grabbed a shot of the water tower for good measure.
Thanks Geocaching Australia.

Great Northern escape 2022 Day 105. Mackay Day 1. The day dawned wet, but whilst looking at the radar, it seemed light. I started in the centre of Mackay doing some Labs and having breakfast. I then headed west to the line of Letter boxes. The road was wet, but it did not rain while I spent two hours going to 45 caches and finding 43. Then a nice drive back in to Mackay with a late lunch at Sarina.
After doing the letter box trail up on the range, I came out on the highway here, so grabbed an image as I passed.
Thanks for the cache

#GA5625 - 18:00; Day fourteen of the Townsville Mega adventure with Sol de lune. Today we set off on our homeward journey. After packing up the geomobile, we collected a few more caches in and around Townsville with fitzy_65 and minniek, before hitting the road, final destination Mackay. After bidding adieu to f65 and mk, Sdl and I headed to Koumala, collecting this CORS on our way to the local watering hole where we spent the night. TFTT Geocaching Australia

Day 14 of the road trip to Townsville to with LuckyL10n....
The Townsville mega is over and we are leaving town today for the 6/7 day road trip to get home to Canberra. Travelling with fitzy_1965 and Minniek as far as Mackay and we stopped for a few caches along the way...and then it was off the main highway for LBH Naval Series west of Mackay.
At the end of the trail we arrived at Koumala...and stopped off for the CORs....a bit late in the evening, however you can still see the CORs up on the roof.
