Description
Temora - TS 4307
A Trig Point is a virtual cache which requires a cacher to locate the Trigonometric Station at GZ.
A trig point (also known as a Trigonometric Station) typically consists of a brass plaque or pin in the ground. A beacon is sometimes erected over the top and is usually a black disc mounted on either four metal legs, a stone cairn or a concrete pillar.
To log a find on the Geocaching Australia website, you will need to include a picture of the trig point, along with your GPS receiver and (preferably) yourself. You are encouraged to leave a description of your journey in your log to help others in finding the trig point.

I parked at the fence and jumped over...walked up to find an old trig in very good condition. I would think that the paint job is recent...

I have known about this trig station for many years but I have never been out to see it. Today I decided to take the stroll over to it. After my 700m walk, the Trig emerged. The trig looks great. I took a photo with it and returned to where I parked my car. TFTTP
An easy walk into this one. I came in via the track from the north west. An interesting old trig where the locals practise shooting clays!
