Description
ROSS NTS705
Concrete Pad at GZ on top of a rock scramble.
Survey Marker in middle of pad.
Some names and date of 1982 written on concrete.
Getting there,,,
Drive to the end of Steger Road.
Well, its not the end, but a gate has been put up on a gazetted road.
You can park on the side of the road and walk up along the fence line towards that wall that looks food for rock climbing/abseiling.
On closer inspection the wall has proper anchor points in it for rock climbing/abseiling.
You can keep walking up behind these flat walls and you find a false summit with a cairn.
From this area you can easily navigate to GZ of the Trig Point.
