Standard features include: handrail in tubular steel, davit, access ladder, inlet and outlet valve chambers and a trigonometric station. Plantings include oleander. Beautiful day to log a trig Cool

completed in the morning after going to the fish markets – needed to justify the unjustifiable road tolls that you pay so did a little caching in this part south of Sydney on the way home. A nice park & take the shots – many thanks..

Did a detour on the way to the shops to visit the old reservoir. TFTC

Nice and easy find.

Making the most of the final weeks of daylight savings, completed a lovely circuit walk around La Perouse after work and nabbed a few trigs along the way. Did the same walk two weeks ago but didn't spot the trig on the tower (although as I was walking past at dusk I did think to myself that it was a good location for one).

04-May-17
Found it, visible from the eastern side.

Wow, long time between finds on a little old trig point. We were out for a drive while listening to the end of the Triple J Hottest 100 countdown and as we were so close by I couldn't NOT jump out and get this photo. So this is my Australia Day contribution.

#GA533 - 14:20; I had dropped the geohoney to an appointment and continued off on the day's mission to fill a couple of hours while I waited for her. I decided to head down to La Perouse/Little Bay to have a look around an area I had not visited before ands perhaps grab a cache or two while I was at it. This was the first of two trigs I managed to locate on the mission to the area. I took a snap from one side then found an even better view around back. A quick find on the way through running an errand.

Had to head out this way today and spotted what looked like a trig on the water tower. Sure enough on closer inspection it was, and already an existing TP. Unusually for a water tank trig it isn't located in the centre but closer to the southern side. The photo shows me with the TP located on the left hand side of the tank.

Had taken Geokid7 and Geotoddler for a swim at La Perouse, and this was the closest "cache" on any site (obv not too many cachers in the area!). Nice to have a drive-by! TFTT

Found today while hunting some Gnomes and I thought I might as well go for this nice Trig. Right on the edge of the reservoir, great view of it from down below.

A nice quick drive-by trig.

13-Mar-11
Was playing golf at St Michaels golf club when I was standing on the tee and thought "hey that's the trig at La Perouse". Funny placement on the water tank. Sort of off to one side. Anyway, what a great find. Caching and golfing. WIN!

Found before picking my daughter up from the airport

Nope You Can See iT! Just need to go around the corner to the east side and there she is, on the back of the Tower. After 3 DNF's in the area this was at least a concelation prize.

17-Nov-09
The 2nd "too high to see" trig for the day, unlike the Bankstown TP on a water tower, where at least the trig is visible from the road.
Assuming it qualifies as a find, then it's also a FTF.
