#GA2360 - 15:50; After weekend caching around the Macquarie region, today I was headed for the hills for a few days with the geohoney relaxing in the Blue Mountains. After collecting a couple of caches closer to sea level and a couple of trigs on the way up the hill, we stopped off at the Norman Lindsay Gallery and took a tour. It was well worth the visit and so were the scones and jam at the cafe after Clapping Back on the road again and picking up some more trigs on our way to the resort in Leura. 21-Jan-12
This trip was planned from when the trail was published, but it took till now to get a common free weekend. Most of the caches were simple and well placed. A few were more difficult. The places visited were interesting and all in all Mtrax, Tankengine and I had a great time, even if a bit wet and foggy at times.

Thanks
Albida

This is the closest trigpoint to our house, but I never knew it was there! My photograph isn't the world's best trig photo, but I was in a hurry going elsewhere.

Found it while walking around Leura. This trig is on top of the local water supply reservoir, but quite visible from the right angle. One of many such trigs in the Blue Mountains.
