Found this on the drive home and took a quick snap at the Red lights. we have actually stopped in here before to change a flat tyre, but we weren't thinking about trigs at the time.
Found on the way out to Canoelands today to do some geocaching. Some of the better "silo art" going on here as well as a fairly tidy looking trig. This find wasn't planned today it was spotted by accident driving past, even though we have driven past many times before ...never noticed a trig on the tank before. TFTC.

Two big caching days in a row to find some specific caches in the Hornsby and North Sydney area. Great weather and reasonable traffic made for an excellent day! This is one of the trigs picked up along the way.

With a visit to Chatswood today, we grabbed a few caches and trigs along the way. Noticed this trig at the lights and the geoWife grabbed a photo before we moved on. Love the artwork on the tank.

One more trig 're-found' from the trig hunting days of the 1980s when I lived at Wahroonga.
Stopped by on Sunday, 31/7/16 @ 1605 to take another photo of the reservoir and trig.
Couldn't quite get a 'selfie', but got a 'close-up' of the trig at least.

Found today while on a calming walk with my guardian angel(He knows who he is!) getting to like these things.

Another nice easy find, parked over the road and didn't even need to get out of the car to get the shot. Had actually driven past here about 3 weekends ago without even noticing the TP
Easily visible on the smaller resevour from most angles. The paint is peeling a bit and it looks like it's Sydney Water's camo-green, rather than black.
Quick stop on the way to Newcastle this morning - just saw it as I turned off the Galston Gorge road at Hookems Corner

I set out this fine Sunday afternoon on the DR to find a few more trigs; this is the first of the run.
Yes it is highly visible on all sides, isn't it? Came up to this trig and parked on the side street. Stayed in the car and took the photos, because I can Another one trigged

Found this trig while on my trip around Sydney today. I used to work up here at Asquith in my younger years.
Stopped for a drink's break and noticed this lurking next to the servo. Nice and easy.

There are actually two similar water towers here, side by side, on the edge of Hornsby Heights, and it took me a few minutes to find the right one. The trig is visible from Galston Road.

I pointed out on the GCA forums that this one had been a locationless GC.com cache in the past but hadn't appeared on the GCA list. Was going to log it myself (live within 5km) but beaten to it by rogerw3! A rainy day so a drive-by.
There's plenty more of these in the north on water storages. Watch this space.
