Heading hone from visiting friends in Mt Vernon, it was only a short drive from Mulgoa Road to get a good view of this trig. Since the last log in Feb 2017 the top of the trig is no longer on the concrete base. A quick photo and headed home. TFTT

Weekend seek, so parking and traffic not a problem. easy to see, pity there is a fence between.

02-Jul-12
While in the area, saw this Trig was close by. Drove and even though it's far away, you can still make it out in all its original glory. Took the photos from the road. Nice one Very Happy

Trig number 8 for today's Trig hunt with pjmpjm.
It is a shame that this cannot be approached, but the gate is very clearly marked so better not enter. Nonetheless the Trig is easy to see from the fence on the side of the road and looks to be in good condition complete with mast and vanes.

Taken many photos from the back of car, this is the best of the bunch, if I zoomed in the picture is dark so the photos are long shots, thanks.

This was easily spot after I figured out we were not looking for a water tower!?!

12-Jan-11
This trig was kind of fun, though it's disappointing not to be able to walk through the paddock and visit it. I parked on the roadside and was quite prepared to attempt to duck under the fence and try to get a bit closer, but there was a very clear sign on the gate (see uploaded photo) that immediately made me reconsider my plan! I can't believe that the property owner erected the warning sign because of constant visits to the trig! There's a private school across the street, so maybe the local kids have been making trouble. Anyhow, from the photo I've uploaded you can tell that the old trig is still intact, which is always great to find. I'm giving it an extra 'Thumb' because of this situation . . .

28-Dec-10
Got close but not close enough (without trespassing though the gates). But I'm sure there would be a nice view from the Trig.
