The last trig today and then the wet drive back to my accommodation. I beat the rain and found today's caches and trigs before the rain began. TFTC.

Today we visited the Erskine Park Trig Point. The trig point beacon was not that obvious but was seen from one particular angle. Photos have been added to the Gallery. Thanks for the cache.
As many others have advised i too could not see the trig but still took a photo
2nd trig for the day. We could not see a trig on either tank and not one on this from a distance, but the location seemed to be right according to the map.

Out with Waywardwoman for a caching day out. We had done a couple of GC caches nearby so did a detour to this. Couldnt see a trig tower so tried to put both reservoirs in the photo. TFTT
Geocaching Australia (GCA) Cache Find Number 1337. Found during a work trip up to the Penrith region.
Another work trip up to the Penrith Region, and this time I decided to mainly concentrate on GCA Caches - and again mainly trigs. Early starts means early finishes which gives me some time to drive around collecting the trigs on my target list. Today unfortunately it was quite wet - lots of rain about. However that didn't stop me and once I hit the road it didn't take to long to get to the first stop. Once near the trig of course it was a quick stop for the required photos, then it was off to the next one. Photo of the trig and watertank attached.
Another nice trig to add to the collection. Really enjoy finding these in all sorts of odd places, including the new CORS type which seem to be popping up in every country town plus the big cities.

Found this one on my way to do my first flu vaccines of the season. You can see where it should be, but no vanes.

Another Trig while I was out getting Water Tower caches. Again, foggy and dark, so pic a little 'blurry'

Trig number 9 and last of the day for our Trig hunt with pjmpjm.
Since the last year the mast and vanes of this Trig have gone, no doubt blown down by the high winds of a few months ago. However the square frame guard rail that usually surrounds reservoir Trigs is still there, this seem to be the only thing left to see.

Came here after work thinking this would be reasonably easy, well it wasn’t, sunrise just rising, trying to find higher ground & not much of a zoom on camera this was the best I could do, not much good but I hope it will do, thanks.

Like a previous poster, the photo always has me sitting further away.

Not hard to get a decent angle for a photograph of this standard trig clearly visible on top of a tall water reservoir. There are actually two reservoirs nearby and I momentarily picked the wrong one and started to worry. I parked alongside the street and stood in the little park (off Cameleon Drive) for my required picture. There were a few locals standing in front of their houses chatting, but no-one seemed to take any notice of me and my odd errand! As always, my iPhone camera seems to make it look like I'm more distant from the trig than I really am . . .

Easy trig to find, can almost see it from anywhere in Erskine Park. Best view was from corner Chameleon Drive and Swallow Drive.
