Out on a caching run today around the Bankstown Area and decided to focus on trig points. This was the sixth of seven trig finds this morning for the journey or destination game.
After completing the testline and the trig on top of the Bankstown Water Tower I headed over to this one. Again a nice trig on top a water tower, easily located from the road. Parked in Curtis Place and hopped out to take the required photos. Not sure if you can see this in the photo, but this tower still has the old water board signage up. Needed to be stealthy here as some Sydney water employees were on site but thankfully not where I was taking photos. Make sure you also check out the views back to the East from this hill. You can see Centre Point tower and all the way across to the Sutherland Shire (including the Brick Pit development) from this vantage point.

GCA Find #173
Hoping this find will move me one step closer to the destination, be that either the blue tile or my goal of 100 trigs!
βIt is sometimes said [citation needed] that the game of geocaching is not about the destination it is about the journey. This game is about the choices you make in the experience of the journey or the destination.β Find # 11 Journey or Destination games.

In an effort to get some GCA finds under my belt, while out running an errand to buy a $2 thing-a-mi-bob, I stopped for the find and photo and wondered why there are so few caches (of any flavour) in this area. It's a great view from up here.

Easy to see this trig from the side of the road. I parked in the small car park opposite to get a picture.

Found this one after the Wolli Creek event with pjmpjm, a very nice trig in desperate need of a coat of paint.

Easy find together with rogerw3 after the Wolli Creek Walk GC event.
One of the most southerly trigs I've ever logged.

On my way to my daughters house, and this Trig is one close to where I grew up. Had to stop off for a photo. Could drive right up to it. Got out and walked for a better pic, and by the photo you can see it was raining. Yes up cachers near stop rain, hail or blah blah blah Snapped the pic and on I went.

Argh, a nice clear trig on the top of a tower. Easy to get to see this one as it is next to a park. Was heading out to Chipping Norton to do some newish Rainbow Spirit Caches and as this was my closest Trig unfound to home wanted to knock it off too! Happy New Years!

*FTF*
I figured I would grab a few FTF's on Trigs as I went around sydney today, this was the last of three.
Another on top of a water tower, though at tleast this is easy to see from the road, making it worth the effort.
So 3 out of 3, pity they don't seem to qualify for the First Three Locationless, that was what inspired me to make the effort in a way, although I was moving from finding one cache to finding my next waypoint on one of the world caches and then back towards home.
