A nice easy walk that we love to do for birdwatching. A shame that all that's there is the concrete slab. Took the photo with MrT's GPS.
I call this 2 for the $ of 1 visit – this TRIG & a nearby Waymark – being an early Sunday morning there are many dog & general walkers here – the view was a little hazy – the walk was good – it’s a shame that all that is left is a concrete block - - thanks

Not a lot left of this trig, just the concrete base it sat on, an a hint of the square base. Still a pleasant walk here and the view was good.
On a caching expedition with Alnic39 & Phlphotos when we all arrived at Elizabeth lookout. I was able to take a happy snap of what is left of where the trig would have been sitting. It is probably over the fence and down the hill somewhere through vandalism.
Al did spot a SSM very close by - my next cache to log

Left work to come up to get this Trig, got around Penrith and it started to rain but it had stopped by the time I got to Glenbrook. Came along the fire trail to this lookout having not checked the photos before I left work didn't realise what I was looking for as my GPSr said I was out by 7 metres. Took a photo of the view with where I thought the trig used to be to find I had taken a photo of what everyone else had. Thanks for bringing me to this lookout, never been here before can see how thin the rain band was.

As mentioned, quite sad to see a trig is such a non-state!

A sad find indeed, even the white outline is fading away...but there is a great view to the east.
Finally got around to finding this trig, although its not the trig I like to find, as this was just a base. Anyway, its a find, with some great views, even on a cloudy grey day
Found together with rogerw3 on an afternoon's trig hunting adventure.
Nice walk in from historic Lennox Bridge and a stopover at the derelict Lapstone Trig.
Some very nice views from the lookout.
You can still clearly see the outline of the trig base.

Whilst the concrete pillar is no longer there having been removed by the Blue Mountains Council, the concrete base remains and the position of the pillar is clearly seen. It cannot have been removed for very long as you can still see some white paint showing the outline of the pillar.
Good enough remnant I think for a log.

My opinion is that the finding of these 'ruins' at the exact site of the coordinates is sufficient for the GCA log.
We had found a concrete base and a square brick base of the column at the listed co-ordinates.
I think this one should remain.
