#GA4935 - 13:40; Out on a leisurely drive through the Northern Beaches with the geohoney and after reaching Palm Beach, we headed up the hill for this trig as we headed south again. TFTT Geocaching Australia Very HappyClan Cerberus

Out for the day visiting friends in the Northern Beaches. Directed MrT down some very narrow streets till we could get a photo of the trig. TFTT

01-Sep-18
I was visiting a friend at the end of the street and as I drove away to go trig hunting, I wondered if this was one of the trigs on my list for the day. i didn't bother checking. I just took the shot.

16-Apr-16
Many, many years since I have been to Palm Beach so today I set off early and made the drive from Liverpool. I was able to get a fair picture from Cynthea Rd and this was the forth trig for the morning after visiting Barrenjoey lighthouse.TFTT

22-Jun-14
Tough job getting a shot of the trig from close range - it was much easier to see when I was viewing from Barrenjoey earlier in the morning. Found at 10:26 am.

30-Mar-14
After our walk up on Barrenjoey Head we had to pick up the remaining two trigs on the peninsula we hadn't logged. Following the navigator took us right to the water tower which was a tad close for a shot so went back down the hill a bit and got the photo.

07-Aug-13
I drove around the area after getting the nearest GC cache. Got nearby this trig, but couldn't see it. I got around the corner to see it but a bad photo. A bit further around and had a clear view of the water tank and the trig. A good find in the end.

30-Aug-11
The first of three trigs for the day, and the easiest to get to.
The roads around here are not particularly easy to navigate, but the Garmin has a map, so that made it easier.

04-May-11
This one was logged during our major trig hunting expedition around the beautiful northern beaches of Sydney, starting at Barrenjoey Lighthouse and working our way south.

rogerw3 and I actually drove around a while to get a good photo position for this somewhat elusive reservoir trig. Finally we found a suitable spot where we could see the reddish vanes.

But were the vanes originally painted red, or are we now seeing the undercoat now that the top coat of paint has worn off?

No matter.

Another trig and a fun tour of up-market Palm Beach on a beautiful autumn afternoon!

04-May-11
This was Trig number 4 for the day's trigging with pjmpjm. The nice red vanes do stand out if you find the right spot to take your photo from, this water tank is surrounded by trees mostly but you can see the trig.
