Saw this trig on our way up the Mountains this morning and photographed it on the way back this afternoon. TFTT
Only for the name wouldn't have realised this was a trig. And when you have to take your pic on the move it's hard enough getting the thing you want let alone looking for anything more so very happy the the tower is the trig.

#GA2359 - 15:40; After weekend caching around the Macquarie region, today I was headed for the hills for a few days with the geohoney relaxing in the Blue Mountains. After collecting a couple of caches closer to sea level and a couple of trigs on the way up the hill, we stopped off at the Norman Lindsay Gallery and took a tour. It was well worth the visit and so were the scones and jam at the cafe after

A quick drive around Wentworth Falls before heading home. The tower was almost lost in the fog but managed the photo
found while driving around the Blue Mountains on Australia Day, thanks for the trig

We visited the Blue Mountains to show them to a Japanese exchange student and to the pic on the way home.
Managed to park close by and then took a walk along the path to grab a photo.

The last trig and cache for today. This being my 99th GCA before I actually do a traditional GCA for my hundredth. A different type of trig too. TFTT.
With all the roadworks it was rather hard to stop on the highway today, so as the traffic crawled along I grabbed a snap with the GPS in the foreground.
A nice easy find near the lovely nursery near the not so lovely roadwork!

Out and about to hide a couple caches and logs some Trigs, a short 14km walk all up, I had to do this one on the way, to think that I had never seen this one, but then again from the train it can't be seen! But today I was walking so here it is.

The NSW Department of Lands has officially designation the top of this lofty Wentworth Falls communications tower as TS10296. (Of course, most similar towers don't have this designation.)
This odd trig isn't as spectacular or challenging as recent ones logged by rogerw3 and me, but it's always nice to find a nice one, in any case.
Enjoyed catching up on the GWH roadworks while I was there with my iPhone camera (parked near Long View Nursery, a favourite of Mrs. pjmpjm). I'm usually travelling through this stretch of road after dark.
