Passing by on the way home from a lockdown-compliant jog I stopped to look for this TP, but despite a reasonable search was unable to locate it
Definitely a trig/survey lid in a very different spot. Driveway!

Trig point find for the Burkey Turkeys.
Thanks Geocaching Australia for sharing this one with us.
Will definitely be finding more of these.
Hint for finding this one: "Think Driveways"

I'm guessing it is there....but with lots of ground cover, I could spot the little devil.....
Next time.....
Next time.....
After DNFing this ages ago I decided to swing past again, motivated a little by the winter Dragonzone game. After reading past logs I knew where to look and had it fairly easily. A picture of my foot next to the thing!
we stop here to grab this one and a GC across the road. i had to look at the other logs to find this one as it was looking like it was in there back Yard but no it was the driveway

Grabbed a quick pick while in the area waiting for the GC event to kick off. The cover wasn't budging.

Once I checked the logs. the cover was easily spotted beside the driveway. Too tightly shut to open without a suitable tool, so took a pic of the cover instead.
Taking the scenic route to work to grab a few trigs. Not obvious this one, walked passed it a few times! Could not get it open but found the marker.

First find in 2.5 years. Not sen one like this before.

Found this one today on a short Trig finding mission. I knew it was there as it had been found previously right on the entrance to the disused driveway. Shame that the name plate has been souvenired at some stage long ago.

This newly re-discovered trig was on my route back to Dural after a quick night-time geocaching foray, so I stopped by and hoped that I could find it in the dark.
No worries at all. Yurt's info helped and I was able to take a decent photo by torch-light.
Nope, no numbered label under the lid of the PM-style TS. However, the location pin is in place.
Another nice to find another trig . . .

So, after reading Yurt's notes and doing some caches in the area, I went to the roundabout and then to the driveway. Found the plate/cover, prized it open and took the shots. Now I didn't have my camera, so used my GPS as the camera. So to authenticate, I placed my licence (geocaching licence that is ) next to it. Hope it will suffice!
Dropped by here on the way home from the airport and without coords I found a survey mark on the corner of the roundabout. Put the coords in and it said the trig was 45 metres away. Crossed the roundabout and looked along the wall of the property on Rosebery Rd finally spotting a 'Survey' round hatch right in the disused driveway of the house. Opened it up to find nothing but the plug, no plate or number.
EDIT
On consultation with rogerw3 this conforms with the trig description so can be logged as a find.
Bring along a tool to open the hatch!
