Logs

30-Aug-20
Alas, this reservoir has been pulled down. Nothing but green grass and a fence. See pic.

10-Feb-18
After a morning spent at an event at down near the beach, there were trigs to find and claim. That was one steep hill I climbed to get here!

Found whilst doing a cache run in the area with teamMerlin.

17-Jan-18
Found whilst doing a cache run in the area. Spotted this one on approach.

11-Sep-16
Headed over for some northern beaches caching today. This was one of two relatively close together, though the trig itself isn't visible until you get to the western side of the structure.

01-Sep-16
Found it Very Happy headed off to the 'big smoke' this morning to collect an item we purchased, and of course that meant geocaching as well. Found this Trig with no problems. Clan Phoenix

09-Apr-16
Found while in Sydney for a class reunion. Pretty sure that I hadn't gone searching for this trig back in the 80s.

12-Jun-15
Birthday Dragon Zone winter trigging!

25-Mar-15
Unloved. A nice water tower with an obvious trig. Just across the road from where I was headed for other reasons. Found at 6:03 pm.

07-Nov-13
96 weeks unfound! I'd seen this from a distance before but never managed to get up there. There was the second trig and a GC cache as well so a bountiful little visit. I like this type of water tower - more "old west" style.

04-Jan-12
Found with blossom* when I vetoed micros

04-Jan-12
With nothing but micros near here, we opted for something a bit bigger, this seemed to fit the bill!

22-Aug-11
Having done a couple of GC traditionals nearby, this was a welcome bonus - 2 trigs within walking distance.

23-Jun-11
Easy to see from the street. But what is the world is this square reservoir all about? Very unusual. And lots of antennae.

But the trig and its vanes were unmistakable.

Road works were going on nearby, but nothing stopped rogerw3 and me from taking our required photos!

Extra 'Thumbs Up' for the weird shape of the reservoir . . .

23-Jun-11
Found with pjmpjm on our Trig hunt this afternoon. This one is right on the side of a very unusual reservoir, quite spectacular. I wonder how the graffiti artist got up there to scribble on the vanes?
