Found at 2:28pm. After finding some geocaching caches my mission was to do some of the Geocaching Australia Trigs so I dragged the girlfriend around and fortunately her phone camera worked quite well and could take my GPS/Camera/phone into the picture. This location was also relatively quick to get a good photo shop. The girlfriend doing some great shots of the GPS in my hand and the trig,

#GA402 - 10:35; I suggested to Sol de lune some time back that we should do a day run to Sydney to pick up some of the GCA trigs and caches on offer. A couple of weeks ago we identified an opportunity timing wise and so it was that we made our way north today. We now had a head of steam up and this was our fifth trig of 32 for the day. A real park and grab this one as it is right beside the road. TFTC Geocaching Australia

A day trip planned with LuckyL10n to start grabbing a few trigs in different area's of Sydney. Hit Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield and Bankstown today...and grabbed a total of 32. Back in a couple of months for another go.
An easy one to spy here and the photos were soon grabbed.

Can't get to close as you will lose sight of it. You can get a good view from the road though.

Indeed the trig is only visible from a few spots. Once you are close, you can't see it anymore!

Even though I ride my mtb through the tracks and trails of this area I never thought to check the top of this water tower to see if it had a trig on it. Silly me.
Out finding a new cache nearby so I got some photos today.

Found today on the way to pick up a Gnome. There is nothing to be seen on Google Earth and I did not see it from the North West approach along Old Kent Road. On the way back I thought that this was an ideal spot for a trig and sure enough you can see it from the South East, it seems that the trig is offset from the center of the reservoir.
