Took a bit of searching but a great spot to search. And was waiting for muggles to move from viewing platform. TFTC.

This one has been on my bucket list since I started this trig game. Pity about the previous finder being, I suspect, an armchair trig finder. I could have got a good 6 years unloved on it.

Found, or at least sighted today as I wandered between appointments

Found the other survey marker but another 4 sets of eyes (including a past finer) couldn't find this one.
After a search by myself and others, it looks as though this trig point has been lost in the undergrowth.
I was at GZ today, we found the other NSW survey marker but not this one. The whole area is covered in dirt and moss, nature has taken over and this survey marker is gone forever. Alien archaeologists will find it in the future, but not us anymore.
This is slightly embarrassing but I couldn't actually find this one. I found a survey marker but it was the wrong one. I looked around for a while too...
Walked over from "Does Not Compute". Found a couple of cairns on the way, then another survey marker about 4m to the south, then found the trig. Found at 12:17 pm.
Zal & I walked here from the Compute cache with the funny games in it. Nice view of the sunset from here on the rocks!

Nearly stepped over it! I took Zhaoy to visit Balls Head and watch the sunset today and mother nature did not disappoint. Gorgeous golden evening and the Trig Mark is a great place to watch it. Would be a 4 star if there was more to find

I was in the area for a few GCs and went for a walk to look for the trigs. Found this on the rock platform, as described. There's a cairn in the bush at the highest point about 60m away that may have been another survey mark. Worth checking.
Drove to this area for a few Trigs and caches. Not much luck on the caches, but got 1 of the trigs. Parked and followed the trail straight to GZ. Found the survey marker and took the photo. Nice view on this nice day.

Whilst most people headed straight back after caching around the point Richary and I headed off for this trig, I would call this a trig point if it wasn;t for the listing.
I'm still unsure in my own mind as to whether trigs that aren't in existence any more except as a survey marker should be valid. But anyway, we found it today after the nearby event. Cheers.
Found this one on a day trip around Sydney. Great views of Sydney city from right near here.
No problem finding this trig, the Survey Marker is quite easy to see and the carved triangle around it leaves no doubt. It is always nice to find unusual Trigs and this one is very different from the norm, there is another one at the other end of the Park.
