Found this one a little while ago with Sophoutloud on a wet, wild and windy day after exploring Mt Hay. A very easy park and grab next to one of the best Indian food restaurants around. yum!

Another find on our visit to the Blue Mountains from the Hunter Valley area, TFTC
#GA2380 - 16:55; Day three of the summer sojourn in the Blue Mountains with the geohoney and today we decided to do Scenic World and see a bit more of the local environs. The day started with breakfast in Leura then off to Scenic World and a trip down the Scenic Railway and the walk through the rainforest. The highlight of the day was seeing not one, but two lyrebirds in their native habitat. Managed some great (and some not so great) snaps of these beautiful birds in the wild Travelled back up in the cable car and after a bite to eat headed across on the Scenic Skyway and back again after a short walk on what had become quite a hot day. After enjoying the sights, we were took the long way home and after dropping the geohoney at the resort, I headed off for a spot of late afternoon caching. I collected a few trads, but the main focus of this mission was trigs, including this one. TFTT Geocaching Australia

Another TrigPoint near the SES. Although we could see it from the driveway we walked up the road to take the photo.
Out for a drive picking up caches and trigs before visiting the Ikara event that I couldn't walk. devastated. got to find more caches though.
Found on a weekend trip to the Blue Mountains with Sol de Lune. This was only a few short drive from the trig down the road. Nice and easy! TFTC GCA!

Two for one. After a long walk there was time for a trig or three. Found at 5:01 pm.
The second trig at this spot after Koonje. A quick stroll down the road after taking the shot of the first one then back in the car to continue the trip. Some amazing noises on the old AM radio here.

I drove up from Leura this afternoon to log this one, right next to the well-known Koonje Trig (atop the adjacent reservoir).
Both are very easily seen and photographed from Katoomba's picturesque Valley Road.
Many thanks to rogerw3 for discovering that the communications tower was officially designated as a TS by the NSW Department of Lands.

I don't know why I did not realise sooner that this tower was a registered Trig Station. Still here it is now logged and photographed.
