Visited Bondi today and made several finds. This trig certainly has a view. TFTC.

With the wind blowing towards me and golf balls landing near me I had more chance kf being hit than falling of the edge of the cliff. Took the photo with my GPSr great view from up here. Thanks for bringing me to this trig

Wow, that is close to the edge....makes for great views all the same. Tread carefully....
#GA568 - 13:05; After a nice breakfast in Bondi, it was time to head north along the coastal cliffs to grab a few trigs while the geohoney and I were in the area. Parked up above this one and had to make our way down the steep little lane and then slip in through the golf course. The first three were in the bag and after making our way past a group of golfers, we were soon at GZ. Pity about the artwork on the trig pillar, nowhere near as spectacular as the real thing, not the views from GZ for that matter. TFTC Geocaching Australia

No wind today so a safe approach and glorious views. Still need to be careful getting close to this one though! Odd little sequence of trigs, perhaps set up to calibrate seagoing equipment at some stage.

I'm not sure why there are so many trigs on this little stretch of coast. Interesting nearby aboriginal carvings with a plaque placed by the local Council in 1964 proudly proclaiming they had "regrooved" the carvings. How times have changed. Found at 3:08 pm.

Finding the nearby traditional, I had a look for this one. Indeed very close to the cliff.
The 2nd trig in the area tonight - not the most comfortable trig to reach considering it was quite windy and about 10.30pm at the time, so difficult to see as well.
It was with great trepidation that I decided to get close enough to put my GPSr next to the mark. My vertigo did not help and the only way to crawl on all fours to get close enough. The fact that a very strong westerly wind was trying to push me over the edge did not help either!
I cannot emphasize enough how dangerous this is as the wind on cliff tops can be extremely erratic and strike without warning.
Mind you the view is to die for, and you may very well do just that if you are not careful.
