Camden Park is just outside the metropolitan area of Sydney. It was named after John Macarthur's estate Camden Park. While most of the suburb is farmland in Wollondilly Shire, the northern part of Camden Park has recently undergone suburban development as an extension of the suburb of Camden South. Camden South is in the Camden Council area and is part of Greater Sydney. The new development is named Bridgewater Estate and features a comprehensive Development Control Plan to guide the style outcomes of the locality.
In the 2016 Census, there were 2,238 people in Camden Park. 86.3% of people were born in Australia and 92.9% of people spoke only English at home. The most common responses for religion were Catholic 38.9%, Anglican 27.6% and No Religion 16.9%

found during a run up from Canberra to Sydney with strangetrousers and kittykatch.
Found today with thomo31 while on a trigging day in the area. Sadly the beacon has gone out of sight, fallen I would guess due to storm damage. The only thing left is the square frame that was around the beacon.

Finally located this one on an afternoon trig hunt.

We came to the obvious spot for the photo of the reservoir, but later spotted the trig from the other side. You have to get a fair distance away to see the trig, as the reservoir it quite high up on a hill and seemingly in the middle of the structure. Both photos included.

Out for a caching day with WaywardWoman. Spotted this trig on the map and got her to do a detour.
Drove all around and found a spot to take a photo. TFTT

Heading to Sydney today for a doctors appointment so started early to grab a few trigs. Managed 10 for the day. Not too bad for solo caching in the suburbs. This was number 2 for the day. Nice and easy find although there were workers working on the tank so couldn't get too much closer.

Geocaching Australia (GCA) Cache Find Number 1300 - 14329 overall cache finds.
Found while heading home to Canberra today during a work trip up in the Penrith region. While I mainly looked for GC caches, when an easy GCA cache comes along we go for that as well. Trigs are particularly nice to track down and find. I was very happy when they became part of the GCA cache family. Its especially satisfying if you have made a big climb up for one ! I have also now joined dragonZone in Clan Cerberus, so there are more reasons to find those GCA caches. Its interesting to find the many different types of trigs. From the traditional metal legs and vanes, to the concrete base with vanes, to the ones on top of water tanks (especially the red ones !), as well the new CORS type. When you look on a GCA map and see all those hundreds and hundreds of blue 'Z's it shows just how many there are out there. Shame so many are on private property and cannot be accessed at all. So as far as I'm concerned every trig that can be found and photographed is a real bonus !
The trig was quickly 'found'. Piccie taken and posted. Trig on a Water Tank !!
Thanks Geocaching Australia !

Out grabbing some caches on this mighty fine day, and as I have not loaded Waymarks and Geocaching Australia caches onto my gps I don't have to worry about missing any. This was a very easy Trig to locate.

This trig appears it once was red. Needs a new coat of paint.

I've driven past this one many times, and have always said I must stop & take a photo. Today, instead of saying that, I actually stopped and took a photo.
Another quick trig photo while passing through on the way to Lithgow.
