We finally got around to visiting the Wildlife Park and took the opportunity to grab this trig point while we had paid the toll. It was a nice sunny walk through the sandstone country to see a well maintained trig point, complete with nameplate and all vanes in tact.
Up on the Central Coast catching up with family at Lisarow. After lunch headed to the beach collecting some GC caches as well as some trigs along the way. Caught up with some of our regular caching crew who were also close by this afternoon. After paying the toll we made our way to the trig and grabbed some photos.

The posted coordinates are 'spot-on'. There is a steel post, with intact name plate set into the concrete base, with semi-circular vanes.
Access is via the Australian Walkabout Park, for $24 adults. A week or so ago I camped outside the park with the plan to go and get it then, as I had almost circumnavigated the fence of the park and hadn't been able to closer than 200 m, and not able to see it. That time we headed off very early for Berowra TP. This trig is near the Aboriginal carvings section of the Park. This time found it @ 1320 on that Sunday.
Interesting that this trig doesn't show up on the 1st ed. 1:25,000 map, but the trig gets regularly accessed by surveyors.

We had a look for this a month or so back. Skirted the Calga Springs Sanctuary (Walkabout Park) but it seems to be inside. A paying visit might facilitate logging this one. Not to be archived yet.
