Hannah's first geocache! A fun start!

22-Feb-23
I found this trig a while back when I found the nearby cache, but I wasn't logging trigs then...however, I did take a pic of the trig which I posted to my cache log

21-Dec-22
We parked down by the fruit stall and walked up the road/driveway past a bloke raking the leaves out of the flutter to make a quick find of a trig in awesome condition.
The fence sure did get uo close to this trig, any further and we would have been on private property.

02-Jan-21
Chasing some caches around the Central Coast on this drizzly day. Unexpected surprise to find a trig on my journey. All but 12 months since last logged.

12-Jan-20
Nice easy walk up, as I thought might be someone's driveway...and I think it is. I came from the car without the GPS, assuming it would be obvious, but I had to read some logs to get to the right spot.

05-Mar-19
Drove most of the way and parked off to the side near the fork. The track was quite busy with a couple of locals coming and going. I wandered down the sidetrack and the trig suddenly appeared. Thay do that. Returning to the car, one of the locals stopped to enquire as to my intentions. We had a long chat about everything that's wrong with country, the demise of local farming, the lack of competent draught horse drivers nowadays and how the trig looked sixty years ago when he moved in. I'd said it looked like a mid-seventies pillar now and he recalled when it was a round pile of stones, presumably the original cairn. An interesting stop, all in all.

16-Apr-18
Almost a drive by, walked the last 30 m or so. Hard to spot as we got closer as hidden in the trees. Nice to see a complete trig. TFTT

One of the many trigs we found whilst exploring this area. This one is still intact which was good to see.

Found looking for the cache next to it....

I had got to within 2m of this trig.... I said to my son 'Now where's the trig?' (looking for GC cache) - 'THERE!' he says - right in front of me.... it is getting swallowed by the scrub.

18-Jul-15
Found today about 3:20pm. A very large tree has fallen immediately in front of it, another 2 feet over and along, then the vanes probably would've been destroyed. Couple photos from 2 metres away before I scrambled underneath. I was also after a GC cache, hmm now where is that....I took the access road and parked right near the gates in a lay by area.

29-Jan-15
Found while looking for a nearby GC cache. We used a private driveway to get most of the way to GZ and then followed a trail of sorts towards the trig. Just as we though a bit of bush bashing would be required, we spied the trig right behind where we were standing. Not much to see here anymore if indeed there ever was something to see.

31-Dec-14
A short walk after driving as far as possible, and this nearly hidden trig point revealed itself. Photo taken, with the GC Not So Triggy cache also in view.

24-Oct-13
grabbed the trig while getting a nearby cache
