It seems we've had a similar run in with what I can only assume is the same pesky resident up here.... While taking a pic from the footpath, a c.65 year old guy called out to me 'Are you a local?', I said no. Then he informed me that it was against the law to photograph telecommunications equipment. I suggested it wasn't in this country, which he rebuked. I suggested he call the police, which he said he would. As we drove off we beeped the horn and waved to him, as he took our picture. Seems like your average guy with nothing constructive to do!
We're still waiting for the SWAT team to force entry to our house.... they haven't come yet?
I feel like going back, just to annoy this guy now!

Quick drive by find after a trek along the Wyrrabalong Coastal Walk. The trig vanes are very obvious at the top of the stairs from the street but they didn't come out real well in the photo.
A fairly uninteresting trig but we'll take it. As others have noted, the closest you can get is from the road as this water res is heavily fenced. A resident approx three doors down came over and yelled/ mumbled something to me which was awkward because I didn't understand a word he said. I can only assume it was something along the lines of "what do you think you are doing?" I just looked at him, smiled, and got in my car and drove off. The trig looks like it's been there a long time and it's finally clicked with me the fact that water reservoir trigs are located right at the top of the stairs. Other visits, I've walked right around before I've found anything lol. TFTC.

Driving up here I realised that I knew these roads as my son's friend lives very close to this trig. Hard to get a good photo and I set the nearby dogs barking so the attached photo will have to do. Nice views from up here! TFTTC!
Oh and I suggest you join clan Cerberus!! Go light blue!!

Out and about in the area and found the trig on top of the water tank. The required photo has been added to the gallery. TFTT

A muggle and his dogs held us up here for quite a while. He seemed very suspicious of a campervan parked in his quiet little culdesac and wasn't in a hurry to move on. He probably would have been even more suspicious if he saw us taking photos of the water tank!!
The trig marker on top of the tank was quite obvious but may be difficult to see in the photo. It is above and slightly to the right of the GPS. Thanks.

Quick find when we drive back from the Entrance. Parked at the wrong side of the water tower, so had to walk all the way around it
Did some cache maintenance today and a couple of GA caches with MrDamage. Tricky getting your photo here. Had a quick chat with friendly neighbour about trees and life.
Found approximately 12:50pm with Doc Who. Some great views from up here. We went around the fence a bit to get a better photo shot because of trees blocking views of the trig. The neighbour came out, possibly the property we were on, I explained we were playing a game and apologised if we were on his land. He didn't seem to mind and started to complain about how the trees were damaging his house. We had a bit of chat and then went on our ways.

We were in the area for a Mothers Day gathering and took a small detour to photograph this one. A man here askefd what we were doing so we said photographing the trig marker, them he asked where we lived. As we were driving away he was looking up at the trig. We think he lived next door wnd had never noticed it before.
*FTF* This was as close as I could get due to a large fence around the water tank.
