The lighthouse is a passive Trig Point.
Park at the entrance to the National Park and follow the track 600m south. A little rough and worn at times but not overly taxing.

I call this 2 for the $ of 1 visit – trig & Virtual. Parked in barrabooka Street & completed the walk down to it – a nice walk with washed out sections – many thanks for the million $ view here.

I very much enjoyed the walk to the lighthouse despite the horrific heat. I always find this scrubby coastal environment very interesting to explore. The lighthouse itself was quite interesting too. It's a shame you can't go inside.

Got this one from a distance. I met my cousin at Balmoral for lunch. There was a lot more than lunch on the trip.

Reclaiming for Phoenix as I slowly claw back the Manly Zone. This is a top trig done properly by walking. It is not too far and the track is rough, but easy to follow. Fantastic lookout spot from Balmoral to the Heads from the lighthouse. Highly recommended.Rated: for Overall Experience
Saw this one while I was at Rocky Point trig on the other side of the harbour although I have walked down to it from the Manly to Spit Scenic Walk previously. Found at 10:39 am.

This one is pretty hard to miss, the white lighthouse building does stand out on the cliff.
