Out grabbing a few nearby trigs this afternoon after collecting a D5/T5 earlier in the day. Nice walk to South Head where we could see this one.
Snapped this one from the Manly ferry as we cruised the harbour.

The Manly Ferry goes close enough to get the photo too. Out for s Family Funday Sunday.
While leaving Shark island the ferry went via Watson's Bay which meant we were very close to the Sow & Pigs reef.
The Trig there is the warning light beacon on the reef. Unfortunately the wind was quite strong (40kph gusting to 60kph) so my photo is not as good as could be with the small boat rolling and pitching all over the place.
Nevertheless this is as close as you can get unless you have your own craft and even then beware of the reefs just below the surface.
