Passed this previously on the way to the RNS and realised after looking at the GCA map it was a trig. Next time I was ready to grab a pic. Taken from the road as looking for a park is a dispiriting business in Sydney. TFTT GCA.

Got myself dropped off on the way back from Harris Farm in Lane Cove (great shopping there by the way), enabling an "under the dot" view of this magnificent structure. Snapped the attached photo of the passive trig here.

Driving into the city, over the Harbour Bridge and back again, caching and finding trigs. This was photographed in the failing light. TFTC.

Finally I did this road while sitting in the passenger seat and I could take some pictures. Here is me pointing out the antenna.
Out with Team Merlin & Lucky 1955. Today we found a total of six Trigs and a GA cache for the anniversary day.

Out as a passenger with TeamMerlin & SplittyMiller JJCC. On this the Anniversary of Australia's oldest cache we were in Lane Cove park to pick up that virtual cache. The fifth Trig today, a true drive by as I snapped from the car as we passed

#GA770 - 16:10; Sol de lune and I had decided that double points month made a flying day trip to Sydney to grab some more trigs and perhaps a GeGnome or two a worthwhile adventure. An itinerary was hastily prepared and today was to be the day. We had completed a good part of the prepared itinerary, but it had been a bit ambitious, so we decided to abandon it at this stage and collect as many caches in the Willoughby and North Sydney areas before heading back across the bridge for a few more southside on the way home. After picking up a couple of the nearby trigs, along with a small band of GeGnomes we were now headed towards home. Picked up yet another of the easily spotted TV towers to make it three from three, grabbing the happy snap from a nearby side street. TFTC Geocaching Australia

Out hiding some gnome friends and grabbing a few local caches. This had been my closest unfound trig. Glad to cross it off. Stupid thing doesn't work well, we can't get ABC...

Been past here many many times. Was walking in the vicinity and realised it was a trig point.

With a bit of time to spare I wanted to get a few more Trigs under my belt.

I was working a couple if blocks away from the tower, so snapped a pic while I had a break. Of course the camera in my phone does a lousy job at ANY distance from the target, so if I can I will replace the pic with a better one later on from closer or from the better camera.
After having to work on the roof of Royal North Shore Hospital this morning, it was a good chance to get a different photo of this one. I know I could have got closer, but this picture is from 16 floors up on the roof of the new Kolling building, that is set to replace the old brown "chocolate box" that has been there for years and years. Well the "chocolate box" name was referred to by the site contact, I would have given it a different name referring to the colour.
I spent a few years at tech over the road from here, under the tower. The RF from the ABC and SBS transmitters made some of our electronics course measurements a touch difficult at times.

Kept seeing this tower in the distance as I travelled around the North Sydney area. I finally got close enough for a decent photo.

On the way back to work, saw that another tower passive trig point was available. Took the photo just off the side of the road. High tower this one.

Decided this morning to go back to Sydney and get this Passive Trig Point in St Leonard. You can't really miss that one visible from a very long way away as it should be.
