My first trig point, although I've been here before, I figured I'd do an easy one Smile

I couldn't locate this the last time I was here, but today I arrived to deliver a keyboard I had sold on Gumtree...and there it was. Great start to a big caching day in the region.

on my way back form the hairdresser I did a few GC tradies and GCA Caches in the area. I had previously been in this spot to do a GC caches and searched for quite a while this time it was a much shorter stop Very Happy

A day trip with the wife to visit the kids in Sydney, who live just around the corner from this one. Quick photo as we headed back towards and then down the highway.

Interesting chimney in the middle of all the apartment blocks....

A nice drive by trig on my way down the coast for a spot of fishing. Glad I didn't have to find an information plaque for this one.

A bit hard to miss this. Nice work by the planners and developers to retain the chimney and make a feature of it. Found at 10:38 am.

After a last minute decision to jump on the train to Sydney, this old chimney was the goal.
This was part of the old industrial estate, I seem to remember a chemical plant of some sort on this spot while I was working (Briefly) at the Leyland factory on the P76 assembly line.
In its day this was visible from a long way off, but today it is all but invisible surrounded by apartment block on all sides.
