completed in the morning after going to the fish markets – needed to justify the unjustifiable road tolls that you pay so did a little caching in this part south of Sydney on the way home. Once I was on the right track it was straight forward – nice walk to this location – many thanks

The raod to the lighthouse was closed. Only with a couple of witches hats, but there was a security guard nearby and I did not want to upset anyone. I went for the long shot from La Perouse, with a phone..

Made the most of the last day of summer by doing a circuit walk around Botany Bay National Park after work today. Gorgeous evening and a bonus finding a trig.

Today I spent on the other side of Botany Bay. It was good for 16 finds and two DNFs.
This is an impressive area with lots of bunkers. I expected a container here, but nothing.

A nice easy walk out to Henry Head to this Trig/Light house. Great views across to Kurnell and down the coast. Some old gun emplacements to explore as well. TFTC.

Trig number #2 for today, would have got there quicker if I had not missed my bus stop and had to walk back a bit to the turn off!
No worries I got there in the end, amazing place with all the bunkers and gun emplacements.
The trig is a bit of a let down, a small lighthouse is the best you can say for it, but still very interesting.
