I have visited aunt and uncle in hospital over Christmas so came up to grab these 3 trigs. This was #2. TFTT Thank goodness for caching which cheered me up.

Came here after GC caches, and somehow failed to notice (in the fading light) that there were actually 2 towers. Two for the price of one? I didn't realise there was a separate trig point a few metres west of the towers though. I will just have to come back. TFTC!
Found while caching with Waywardwoman in the Mittagong area. I hadnt planned on doing trigs here but spotted them while doing a nearby GC. This one is the one on the left! TFTT

Performing a raid on the Bowral / Mittagong area with ziggiau. TFTC for everybody!
We had lunch on the nearby trigpoint tower while the maintenance people flying-foxed up a price of equipment.

Found with Kittykatch, Joolay and dty73 whilst in the area looking for GC caches! Nice trig!
We didn't even know these 3 trigs were up here until we were here, chasing a few GC caches.... what a treat, un unexpected triple!
Out again to day in Bowral to collect some GCA trig caches and GC traditional caches.
Thanks to all the cache owners.

Snapped this and the two nearby trigs after attending an event in the area.

Late today we drove to the top of Mt Gibraltar hoping to locate all three trig points. The two communications towers were very obvious. We were surprised that the two towers were so close together. A single photo showing both towers has been added to the Gallery. The Gibraltar Tower North is on left tower. Thanks Geocaching Australia for the cache.
Got it
Had a nice little walk around up here. Enjoyed a lovely weekend on the coast - beautiful weather. Did a day of Aussie caching while hubby busy. Also got to hang out with my girl - she's all grown up!

#GA1066 - 13:20 In Mittagong for a meeting, I had a bit of time for some caching on the return journey. I've wanted to head up the Gib for a while now and today was my chance. Parked in the driveway and headed over to grab a few snaps of the triple trigs in the area. TFTC Geocaching Australia

Driving through on the long weekend as we had never been to Bowral and decided to take a detour via the lookouts. I figured that surely there would be a trig up here but when I looked at the app I was very pleasantly surprised. Three for one. I did contemplate getting a photo at the fence but figured it wasn't really that much closer than the actual trig.
While heading to Sydney (to pick the younger son up from the airport for a week) I thought we go a bit further south so I could not only complete a Challenge cache near here, but find some trigs as well. Took a few photos.

This TP wasn't on my radar so was surprised to find I could claim a found for this. Lucky I took some photos. Very easy to locate and photograph.
A real trig farm here. I wandered over and grabbed a selfie before walking around the other side for the other one.
Three trigs in one location and easy to find. Some great views from the two lookouts along the way.

Triple trig treat here, one real, two towers (no rings).

My first attempt at this activity. Read the wiki, looked in the forum & found out about the dragon game so joined up. Experimented with queries which proved fruitful, eventually. Travelling to the coast took the back route behind Mittagong using my car nav to get me here. There are 4 towers so took a photo of each. I have seen beacons in my travels and there was one of those here as well. A good start considering there were 3 finds here.
We stopped for a photo at the nearby trig point but didn't realise the towers were also listed. Will log as we were up here and have photo of the trig point but feel free to delete our log if we needed photos of the towers specifically. Thanks
GCA 975 - 9014. Triple Treat on top of Mt. Gibraltar !!
Three for the price of One - Happy with that !!

This one was a bonus as it showed up in my shot even though I didn't realise it was another trig at the time.
How cool, was up finishing off a multi when I decided to capture an image. Not knowing I would be getting a triple whammy !! Thanks for the finds
The other tower....so it must be the North one....

Already found the existing traditional trig so I knew were to be. Had to read the description twice to be sure wich tower is wich. Apparently the twin towers are the trigs and not the other seperate tower 50 meters further north!

Well, I was all confused when there was two 'tower' trigs at GZ, and then I saw the standard trig as I walked up. Still, it was all made clear when it came time to log, three trigs within 50 meters, does it get any better?
For fear of upsetting someone with cut & paste - Parked as best I could & got both towers in the photo. Every other hill or mountain in OZ seems to have a tower of some type.
At last I made it down to Gibraltar, a nice walk from Mittagong station and there are a cluster of 3 Trigs.
This one is the North Telecom Tower. I can't help but feel that it is a shame to spoil the landscape with those towers everywhere.
Looks like the then PMG had no trouble getting around the tree preservation order to clear level and build on this site.
