A great morning of caching in Canberra, before heading out to Bungendore to finish of a powertrail. Even managed to squeeze in a parkrun at Mt Ainslie as well. Started a little fresh, but soon turned into a perfect caching day. All caches were found quick and easy, thanks to all cache owners for putting them out there!

Dropped past here tonight at 18:55 while on the way to dinner just around the corner. It turned out that the shot from behind the building gave a clearer view, albeit from further away.

Thanks Geocaching Australia.

21-Nov-15
Came to find the nearby GC cache (found it) but as it was already dark so no photo-by-phone was going to successfully show much. But I was able to discuss the CORS with the geokids so that's gotta count.

20-Sep-15
I tried to get through the gates to get closer, but they were locked Brick Wall. Still I was there. The CORS was above.

857. I'm around this area a lot with work lately but kept forgetting about this cache. Working my around today simply going to the next nearest cache brought me here and the photo taken.

I bagged this cache today finally! The closest trig to home and it has taken me a long time to grab. I am trying for 100 trigs this year, so time to get serious... haha TFTT

#GA193 - 15:50; Picked this one up on the way home after refuelling the geomobile and a bit of car hunting and caching further to the south. The second CORS for the day. Luckily I approached from the right angle and was able to spot the little blighter way up there, but had left the iPhone in the geomobile and had to go and retrieve it for the happy snap! Over Dickson way so popped by to grab this. Prefer traditional trigs you can touch but guess this is what all future trigs will be like.

01-Oct-12
I was passing nearby so thought Id stop for a smiley. Gee its a bit subtle. At first I thought it might be one of the things on poles, but they turned out to be owls (see pic)!

17-Sep-12
Came today with Cleared For Takeoff and as we approached TZ, we spotted a Black Bunny mobile with a GC stickers on it. We are very gratefull to BB who pointed out the find, don't think we would have found it otherwise! Also chatted to Bronnie in a mini-flash mob at 08:15 this morning. Thankyou Geocaching Australia for showing us the CORS.
Cheers

17-Sep-12
A new trig in town so decided to swing past on the way to work. Took a little while to work out where the best spot to grab the shot was (over by the Lane A sign). After snapping the photo spotted Bronnie looking a little lost so pointed out the best place and on the way back to the car ran into MajuraHathi and co turned up a minute or two later.

A nice little mini gathering here today.

17-Sep-12
