Logs
Before heading home from our weekend in the Southern Highlands, we headed into Moss Vale for some trigs. We had to go for the long shot with this. We drove up to an open gate, but a worker wouldn't let us drive in.... We managed long shots from Yarrawa Road and Lovelle St dog park.....
Out for a drive with Just a cacher to make the most of beautiful day and grabbed this one as we were in the area.
It appears that all that is left of this trig is it's white base.
Thanks for the trig.

I was out on a Saturday drive and this one just needed grabbing. Out for a quick pic although a little far away for the iPhone.

Had to squeeze through some barbed wire and walk up the edge of a paddock to get a shot of this one.

Gave Al my camera as he squeezed through where I wouldn't fit he got a closer photo than I could have from where I was. Thanks for the trig

Unlike the previous trig I was able to photograph this one. TFTC.

Found it. Dont go past the spot otherwise with the cows, roos and whatever else you might end up on poo trail but the view around the back is awesome.

Geocaching Australia (GCA) Cache Find Number 1502. Found during a Mothers Day run with minniek and B0tman.
Wanting to go for a run on Mothers Day we spotted a nice number of GCA caches around this region. The fact that so many more GCA caches are popping up around the place is just great - both minniek and I are Clan Cerberus and proud of it !! We want to do the right thing by our clan and try to help control caches and zones and ultimately states ! While our focus will always be GC caches - as many as possible - when there are GCA caches and Trigs we will do our best - especially trigs and CORS as I enjoy them so much.
Next find for the day. I really enjoy finding these Trigs and CORS thats eem to be everywhere ! Piccies taken.

Headed out with Fitzy_1965 for an afternoon of caching on Mother's Day.
Missed it as we drove passed. Turned around and spotted it hidden amongst the tree.

Dropped by here today to make this log a legit find as I need a cache for the Summer Scavenger Series being between elevated at 700 and 800 m. Hoping another new log on this might be legit enough, it's been a year.

Found the location easily, and had checked on Google Earth for access prior to arrival. Alas, the gates were locked & I did not feel like losing skin trying to cross the barbed wire fence to get closer! So, like others before me, a long distance photo is my only choice

Missed this with a drive-by, turned around and slowly came back. Saw the water tank hiding behind the big trees, if you can say a big tank is hiding. Gate was locked and I wasn't going to scale it, so took my photo from the non-trespassing side. Works for me.

Grabbed in the rain on the way home from Wollongong, so the photo is a bit rough. Last trig for the day - time to head for home. Thanks again
#GA593 - 11:25; I was passing through Moss Vale on the way to Nowra and identified this CORS as a 'must do' on this trip. The fences and signs on the gate indicated that I was a close as I could get for the money shot. With the pic in the can, off I went for the next one. TFTT Geocaching Australia

Fences all over the place but we went far enough up the hill to get a shot before it disappeared over the top of the water tank. Thanks

Gate open, road ok, drove to within 50 metres of the trig. Could have got right to the bottom of the tank....but stayed a little back for the photo.

As already mentioned, one can get within about 200 meters from the trig. Once in the right position you can get a glimpse from the trig, but the picture will require a good search, can you find it??

All I can say is that you must have a great big bloody Zooooom lens. I can see better than my party camera can take pictures. Took a photo & added a super zoom to my wish list.
This one may prove to be a bit difficult to get a close up photo as the access Road to the reservoir is gated. The trig is visible from distance from near the corner of Hill Road and Villiers Road.
