22-Jan-23
Exploring some of the back roads in the area and checking out the various towns and suburbs of the Grafton area.

Perhaps the easiest trig point test line we have found so far. You wouldn't even need to get out of the car if you were so inclined.

11-Jul-21
On the road from Coffs to Byron today, we've taken the 'back-road' through Grafton/Casino and Lismore, mainly to grab a bag of trigs, and a few caches thrown in too.... A test-line - one of favourites!

Grabbed photos at eleven trigs today Thanks.

Heading out of Casino today after visiting good friends and grabbed photos of eleven trigs before arriving in Glen Innes.

How easy was it to grab these four trigs as we drove down the road.

Thanks for publishing all these trigs for us to find Geocaching Australia. DancingDancingClan Cerberus

another quick stop on my way home today

Grabbed this one on our way from Lismore to Armidale today. Decided to take the scenic route through the Gibraltar Range - there's a few new caches along this road that I hadn't logged yet. It was time to get this line of trigs too. These will really help with the Journey and Destination game!

#GA2695 - 14:27; Day four of the 2018 Oz GeoMuster mission with Sol de lune. After leaving the Mega yesterday afternoon and caching our way to Taree where we spent the night at a local caravan park, the plan for today was to cache our way north past Port Macquarie, then through Kempsey, Macksville, Urunga, Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Casino, Lismore and into Ballina in preparation for some caching around Byron and the Tweed before setting sail south again for home. Although not part of the original itinerary, I was able to collect a few more caches in Taree, which Sdl had picked up on previous visits. After a few stops along the way we took another detour through Grafton and along the Gwydir Highway for yet another testline. This was the third of the four trigs which comprise this testline. Day 4 of a trek along the NSW coast to Tweed Heads after attending the Morisset event with LuckyL10n. Another day with lots of trigs grabbed...along with the odd traditional or two.

Another testline of trigs for this trip. Up to three now with another one to come. No problems with any of the finds here.

Thanks for another trig (testline).....

All in a line.

28-Dec-15
Spending a few days geocaching around The Clarence River and could not miss seeing these 4 trig points all lined up so nicely. The old mile marker post at the 3rd trig point was an extra bonus.

Mr Beetle loved this series as he didn't even have to get out of the van to take the required photos. Thanks.

3rd trig and have the fourth in our sights.

I had first seen these Test Trigs back on the Queens Birthday weekend, June, 2008, when I was coming out to Bucurumbi for a Pathfinder Expedition. I think I may have photographed at least one of them then, but obviously never got around to making sure that they were placed.
They were found by me this time because I had been on a PLA (Pathfinder Leadership Award) training weekend at Stuarts Point for being a leader in Pathfinders, and had decided to head up a bit further to get Clarence View, which I had tried to get twice before, but not found the way into it.
My borrowed GPS had an elevation of 58m!!!
Now to dig out those photos
