It was a late decision to go for a drive on the wild side – so it needed to be easer 1’s to complete – this was up there but it took a little time to find – many thanks.

Over three years since this one has been visited. I see that a previous finder made the trip up to see the post and vanes, but there were fences stopping me...and all those cows! Nice part of the world.

After a hairy drive from Wombeyan Caves, we made a slight detour to grab a quick photo of this trig. Snapped from the road as it is on private property.

GCA 1876. Found on a Christmas Eve run up through the Wombeyan Caves region with minniek.
After the very adventurous drive along the Wombeyan Caves Road we eventually got to this trig for a quick stop and shoot.

Currently siiting at Wanganderry on an intriguing dirt road looking over the countryside from right near the Trig. so beautiful up here. I've never been here before so thanks for the cache. Absolutely beautiful spot imho.
Pile o' rocks, interesting road, green pastures. I didn't trespass for once as would be quite incapable of getting over that fence. A very high point (next to fence) at 851 metres with good views over the Nattai Valley.

Indeed the mast is still besides the cairn it use to be on? A quick sprint into private property was nesseccary to investigate. The cairn can be seen from the road 200 meters away.

On the drive back from Bonnum Pic I stopped to investigate the trig that was marked on my topo. The mast has fallen over, with some vanes still attached
