Walked past this way on a three day walk of this section of the H&H with my sister. This was on day 1. We stopped here for lunch.
I noticed this guy one night and saw that no one had been near it in nearly 2 years , which I found strange as none of the Canberra cachers I know have been here. So I sat up late trying to find the best way in. I looked at a lot of maps even though it looks like you can get to within 700 m, I could not get there (but there is a way by the tracks I walked). This is a 4X4 only Trig at the moment. I walked the track up which is 7.8 kms one way and the tracks are hard to see in some spots as its very over grown by plants and fall trees, mud and blackberrys. I did see a camping area on the way. It is near the start of the walking track.
It took me 4.6 hours up and back with the Geo dog, who slept all the way home and could not get out of the 4x4 once we got home. It was 3 hrs up the last 700m and was a hard climb, but I did it .
I even sent a pic to my fellow companion to show him my find Thanks geocaching Australia

Walked up from Fitzpatrick Track head. It was a long walk, 7.8 Km each way, with a 700m climb! Nice trig and a couple of handy seats nearby to relax and recover on.
Found with the Benalla Bushwalking Group.
Noticed there wasn't a Trigpoint logged as being here so we thought we should put a listing here so others can enjoy it.
