Description
Narooma Trig Station TS3542
Bogola Head
An educated estimate of the co-ords as those supplied by GeoScience Australia & SIX had Trig in or near the ocean, as per their disclaimer. Used position shown on SIX in combination with GE to arrive at co-ords, access off Princes Highway via Bogola Head Road.
To log a find on the Geocaching Australia website, you will need to include a picture of the Trig Station, along with your GPS receiver and (preferably) yourself. Long distance / telephoto type pictures are against the spirit of this cache. You are encouraged to leave a description of your journey in your log to help others in finding the trig point.

Caching in the area we stopped to look for this trig. Arrived at GZ to find a new fence erected right where our GPS indicated the trig would be. Have taken a snap to show our location.
Last day of the long weekend road trip to the far south coast. Stayed overnight in Beta and worked my way north from there. Again lots of caches and mostly of good quality, thanks to all for putting them out there!

Certainly glad I was in the 4WD as the 2WD would not have made it. Once at the GZ, have to agree, not much left of this one.
Still, photo was taken and it's another one off the list.

Took the Bogola Head Rd out to the end and walked 180 m to trig remains. Road has been recently graded. A lovely view where we parked but not from the trig. TFTT
Narooma 2015 June. On the way to Narooma for diving on Sunday I took a side trip up here. Not much left to see, but a very nice spot to look out from the trees to the sea.
Thanks

Came for a drive and found this one today. Remnant of a cairn only. There's also a stone or block with a pipe in it that may have been part of a support guy wire at some stage. Great beaches nearby with no one around.
