Description
A Trig Point is a virtual cache which requires a cacher to locate the Trigonometric Station at GZ.
This trig point is along the day 2 route of the Green Gully walk. It's all off-track from Birds Nest hut, the first overnight stop. All up, the walk is about 65km over 4 days with a hut to sleep in each night (need to book through National Parks).
Elevation 1202.
To log a find, you will need to include a picture of the trig point, along with your GPS receiver and (preferably) yourself.

Found at 10:00:38 after making our way up, up and up from Birds Nest hut. What a brilliant walk this is. 18km on day 1 but a nice cosy hut, beds and cooking facilities provided together with firewood for a great night's entertainment.
Today's walk is about 15km and the next hut even has a hot shower thanks to a little instant gas heater!
I'd thoroughly recommend this walk to anyone with moderate fitness and this trig is a lovely bonus
