Driving around after finishing work for the day, thought id go and clear up some left over Trig locations.
Caching in the area we snapped the required pic which has been added to the gallery.
Well, the cache police left me a message that I had not taken the right photo when I here a year or 3 ago. I wish they would just knock on my door and tell me that I have stuffed up, rather than the public put down. So I deleted my erroneous find and planned to come through today on the way to BH and Menindee. I got the right one this time. It’s wet out here and the Lachlan Valley Way from Condobolin is muddy and not for the non-awd type of car. Take the other road! I have a closer photo from the SLR with the 300mm lens, but I will save that in case case the cops show up.

I am travelling through parts of Western NSW in search of caches that will give me a DZ or an LGA. I am happy to say that this is one of them and a quick easy find. TFTT Geocaching Australia
#GA5368 - 07:40; Day two of a mission through the Central West of New South Wales with Sol de lune to grab some of the dragonZones to our west was now underway after overnighting in Lake Cargelligo. Today's travels took us from Lake Cargelligo past Murrin Bridge, into Cobar, Bourke, Brewarrina, Walgett and on to Carinda to overnight. We collected finds in Lachlan, Cobar, Brewarrina and Walgett dragonZones and counties along the way. This was the first stop for the morning, but as we would later find out, we saw two red herrings from the main road side of the yard. A trip down Walker street and then along a track just off to the right of the tip road took us to the 'real' CORS, where we saw some CORS guardians as well. Nice to see a pic of the actual CORS make it into the gallery TFTC Geocaching Australia

After a night at the local pub we headed out bright and early this morning to get on the road. First stop was this CORs and not being able to see if from the front gate, we drove around and ended up going in along the tip road off Uabba Road and then followed a dirt track up to the building where the CORs is actually located. The dirt track off the tip road is only about 200 metres so shouldn't be and issue....and you'll be right at the CORs. Photo was snapped and we were on our way again.
Thanks for another one....

A long weekend brings with it a weekend of camping and caching. fitzy_1965 and I decided to do a loop from Goulburn out to Naranderra, Griffith, Condoblin and back home so I could pick up the last few counties out that way.
Today was heading from Griffith to Lake Cargelligo which turned into Condoblin. Quick park and snap.

Found while exploring the area. A little confused with which is the actual CORS. The thingy on the reservoir does look convincing

Found whilst in town for work. The tank closest to the road looks like it has the CORS on it, but it is actually on a shed out the back.
Replacing the duplicate "Tcharkuldu Hill" trig of If for a CORS at Lake Cargelligo.
