Tullamore CORS

Official name of this Trig Station as per NSW Department of Lands is: Tullamore CORS.

Serial number is: TS 12203R.

(CORS Continually Operating Reference Stations) collecting geodetic data from GNSS.

To log a find on the Geocaching Australia website, you will need to include a picture of the CORS, along with your GPS receiver and (preferably) yourself. You are encouraged to leave a description of your journey in your log to help others in finding the CORS.

GCA 4,287. Found during our 2020 Outback Adventure tour.

Left Goulburn early this morning and headed north-ish hitting several dragonZones along the way. This was the fourth find of the day. Another nice quick CORS find.

As we drove through Tullamore today we located the Tullamore CORS and took the required photo. That photo has been added to the Gallery. Thanks for the cache.

While spending a few days in Narromine we decided to head to Tullamore to try for some of the local caches.
We enjoyed a beautiful cool, cloudy day which was great for some of the forest walks we did.

The Big Western Australia trip in 2018. Day 1. I set out From Canberra and took a some what less than direct route towards Nyngen via Young and Forbes. I ended up in a town called Albert. As with many CORS, it was a quick stop for the image.
