Swung past here on the way back from an explore of Angourie and Wooleweya. An easy find if you gobclose enough to the end of the road, but the spot us certainly less scenic or fragrant than everything else we have seen on the trip.
I am in Yamba this weekend for an end of year work function staying at Angourie Resort which is lovely. We have the day free so I am going caching. The Yamba CORS is close by and first on my list. I looked at a previous log photo and spot my target. A light breeze reveals the delights of the waste treatment plant. Thanks for the cache GA
On a long weekend road tripping and Trig hunting. I was in the area so swung by to visit this CORS. Nothing much to see here so a quick find then on to the nearby water reservoir.
Thanks for the cache

A quick stop as we didn't want to hang around.... I know how much crap I've eaten
A quick one on our morning walk - to a sewerage treatment plant! The things we do....

A CORS is a CORS is a CORS. Sometimes that are hard to spot. Sometimes they are not.

600 metres down a gravel road and we finally arrived at GZ. Took a bit to spot this one which was on the end part of the roof.
Noticed quite a bit of washing out here so I guess someone lives on site. That might get a bit smelly at times.
Thanks.

#GA2742 - 14:35; Day five of the 2018 Oz GeoMuster mission with Sol de lune. After a night in Ballina, the plan for today was to cache northward through Ballina to Byron Bay and then on to Kingscliff before turning south for home through Bangalow, Evans Head, New Italy, Yamba, Maclean and on to Kempsey for another overnight stay. After an early start, we hadn't gone far up the road when we saw evidence of a heavy shower not too long before we got there, so we seem to have dodged a bullet and got packed up with fairly dry gear. Following a successful run through to Cape Byron, we continued our journey along some interesting and at times rather rough roads before getting to the highway and on to Brunswick Heads then Kingscliff. Another hiccup after we started the trek south again when we missed the turn off into Bangalow due to older maps and newer roads. Didn't have any problems finding our way in to Yamba though, despite all the roadworks on the highway. Headed to the local trig and lighthouse to grab some snaps before going in search of this CORS. Ended up in the wrong spot to start with, but eventually found the road in to make the find. TFTT Geocaching Australia

Day 5 of the trip up the NSW coast with LuckyL10n after the Morisset event. Today was from Ballina to Kingscliff and back to Kempsey. A few more caches grabbed, with most being trigs...
No real problems spotting this one, just look closely......and the required photo was soon in the bag.
Thanks for yet another trig...

Drove down dirt road and arrived at the Waste Facility and there were workmen and machinery everywhere. From the fence GPSr indicated only 27M. There were three buildings with aerials. I think the second photo is the actual CORS aerial.
