Description
A Trig Point is a virtual cache which requires a cacher to locate the Trigonometric Station and photograph the GZ.

Access: Just off a dirt road, north of the airport.
(CORS Continually Operating Reference Stations) collecting geodetic data from GNSS.

#GA5832 - 8:08:00 AM; Day five of a road trip taking the long way to Adelaide from the National Capital with the geohoney. Spent a second night in Broken Hill, and after visits to a couple of museums, we will be heading off to Adelaide. Took a little time out early for a final couple of caches before breakfast, including this one. Parked close and then wandered over to grab a snap.

Found this one while touring around Broken Hill with TG47 this afternoon. Hard to get close but managed a quick shot. Thanks for publishing this series of trigs for us to discover Geocaching Australia.

an exciting trip trying to get close to this one 
the main track to this location is closed and there's a large no trespassing sign on the land as well so this is as close as we could currently get. found during a family trip from Canberra to Broken Hill to Lightning Ridge to Canberra. thanks for bringing us here. TFTC

West New South Wales trip 2020. Day 3. I was joined by MinnieK and Fitzy_1965 for a trip planned to go from
Goulburn to Forbes, Nyngen, Cobar, Broken Hill, Wentworth and Balranald. We spent today caching in and around
Broken Hill. There were a few historical sites and a few Cultural sites. We did a hill climb or two and
saw some great views.

I came in the dark of morning and just wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Came later in the light and walked around the tower to find the CORS.

Came here in the morning on the way out of town – last trig / cache for broken hill – used camera in GPS unit to take the shots so no GPS in photo – took a track to close to GZ & walked the rest of the way in - thanks

First find for the day and a FTF as well!!
When we pulled up we thought it would be the tower but as we neared our GPS took us past that to object in photo. Never seen a CORS trig like that before. Thanks.
