Description

Located about 140m off the highway you can see the Royalla trig point! I'm wondering if this was upgraded when they were building the nearby solar farm? In any case, you cannot go right up to the trig, as it is on private land, but you can certainly get a good view from the fenceline and take a picture!

Out for a drive with Just a cacher to break the Sunday boredom and decided to grab a cache or two as we passed by.

A quick grab here today.

We are on our way to the snow, a long trip carefully interrupted by some caching (stop, revive, survive)

I was tempted to find a way around the private property but wasn't able to. So a road-side picture!

Driving past on the way to Canberra so stopped to grab the required photo. Quite a distinctive trig with its black and white striped pole and yellow markers. It looks really new, unlike most trig markers.
Interesting barn nearby. Thanks.

#1035 - 16:00; I was on the way home from a caching run to Googong, then along the Old Cooma Road, Burra Road and returning along the Monaro Highway. Stopped to take a pic of this trig, which was a bit tricky with the sun low to the west of it. Can see it in the close up between the trees. TFTT Geocaching Australia Very Happy

New trig....ok, I'm off for it. Lots of people at the nearby woolshed thingy, so I had to take my photo a little further down the road. No problems, just a little further away.

30-Jan-16
I found this on the way south. Just a roadside image.

Thanks
