I met up with a friend from my school days and she drove me around her home town. I did not get to show her how nice it is to come across a trig station, but a CORS was all I could show her.

I was done here for work on a rather cool Wed night.
At first I drove into the wrong street.
When I did get to GZ I parked right out the front.
A quick jump from the car and a quick snap it was.

An early morning visit as we headed down the Mornington Peninsula enabled us to locate the CORS on the roof of the Vicgorian Fisheries Authority at Mornington. The required photo has been added to the Gallery. Thanks for the cache.
One of the many CORS we have found in our travels.

#GA2540 - 10:55; After driving down to Melbourne to bring the geostudent and her friend back for uni, Sol de lune flew in to join me for a days caching and the return journey to Canberra. Our plan was to make finds in as many of the dragonZones in which we were yet to make a find as we could. Today the plan was to head south to Kingston, then on to Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula before heading back north to Monash and a few other zones before wrapping up the day in Stonnington. After a few finds in Frankston, we headed to this CORS at the most southerly point of the run today. Found the way in and grabbed the snaps I needed for the find. TFTT Geocaching Australia

This is the first CORS that I have found and I wasn't sure how to photograph it. My GPSr initially took me to Booker Street but I could not see anything from there. A short drive around to the front of the building, in Archer Drive, and I could see some structures on the roof. Photographs were taken and I was on my way, to start my summer holidays further down the peninsula.
