My main mission today was to find both a GC and a GCA cache in the Boulia LGA. I enlisted TG47 as my chauffeur and we headed south towards the Shire boundary. However we "just happened " to drive past this trig on the way . The car miraculously pulled up and I was able to snap a shot which I am attaching.

Alice trip 2017. Day 24. Today Sol de Lune, Luckyl10n, Fitzy_1965 and I spent the morniong caching around Mt Isa then started driving east, visiting Cloncurry and Winton.

Geocaching Australia (GCA) Cache Find Number 1458. Found during Day 16 of my epic 21 day visit to Alice Springs for the Red Centre Experience Event and further travels after that.
Flew into Alice Springs and met up with my fellow intrepid team members Sol de Lune, Albida33 and LuckyL10n for the start of an amazing trip throughout the Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales and eventually back to Canberra. The Red Centre Experience is the main attraction of course, but also on our agenda are a lot of GC Caches, lots of trigs, as well as plenty of GCA Trads, History and Virtual Caches (and maybe the odd beer or two ??!! Smile. Go Clan Cerberus !
Another trig / CORS for the trip. We were now heading south and east again, and we managed to get to this CORS. Photo taken. Then it was back in the car and off to the next one !
Another trig added to the dragonZone list. I really enjoy finding trigs and also the new CORS that are popping up everywhere !

#GA1590 - 09:20; Day 26 of the Alice Mega Road Trip with Sol de lune, albida33 and fitzy_1965. After our first night in Queensland, it was time to add to our cache finds around Mt Isa, before heading to Mary Kathleen, Cloncurry, McKinley and on to Winton for the night. The location of the CORS had us intrigued, but all was revealed when we arrived at GZ. A logical location we thought! TFTT Geocaching Australia
