#GA4041 - 08:20; Out and about this morning to collect finds in the dragonZones I need to complete the Hobart Capitalist mission. This was the first stop and as usual, I could have got closer. Parked the geomobile near the Library and made my way around the corner to grab the snaps needed to claim another zone. TFTT Geocaching Australia

There are heaps of trig spots in the northern suburbs of Hobart that I have just never got around to going and finding. Today the GeoGSP and I were heading out to Claremont and we had a little bit of spare time up our sleeves, so we decided to stop and see if we could spot this one. Luckily, the nearby car park was empty so we could literally take the required photo for this one without leaving the car. Photo attached.
out and about getting new Trig points here's one at Glenorchy City Council Chambers, Two towers are here the right one is in founders Photos, the left one might be new.

A poor photo but the marker should be above Mr Beetle's head. Hard to take the photo looking in to the sun as all I could see in the tablet was my own reflection. Thanks.
Had occasion to visit Mornington this morning prior to travelling to Brighton for bowls.
That visit over, dropped off at Glenorchy to look for this "trig."
Sainted the hider at 1034hrs.
TFTC.
Cheers

We came south today to visit family. Whilst in the area we went to the Glenorchy Council Chambers and located the CORS antenna. A composite photo of two images of the CORS has been added to the Gallery. thanks for the cache.
We were out exchanging Christmas gifts, it's notthat we didn't like them but we had some size issues. After sorting that out at Cambridge we had to to Glenorchy to get some lego from Big W (the only store in Southern Tasmania that had what the kids wanted to spend their Christmas money on).
On our way I quietly suggested we have a look for this, I expected a negative reaction as I have been neglecting my family during the scavenger series but the answer was a positive one. We arrived at 11.25 and took a couple of photos of what we believe is the correct type of antenna for GNSS. We were able to park a couple of metres away. TFTC
