This is the border between WA and the NT as seen on the Great Central Rd. A week later we crossed back to WA on the Tanami Rd (S 19 53.864 E 129 01.329). The Great Central Rd crossing is through magnificent country, just up/down the road from Lasseter's cave. He probably didn't share our admiration of the scenery. The NT sign has an old bike frame leaning against it - seems le velo rouge (who scored FTF's on most of the caches along here) is not the only one riding bikes along this remote piece of Aussie dirt road.
