On the way up the Kosciuszko Express Quad Chair it was clear and cold, apparently -2 with wind chill at the top. On the way down, the water droplets had closed in and visibility was pretty awful. They tell you that the conditions can change quickly up here and this was certainly the case on this day. Interestingly people were still heading up the mountain when we were already on our way back - wonder how they made it through the conditions. But we made it to the summit and back AND retrieved the cache from the top but missed out on the Easter kids activities back in the village due to the rain.
