Noticed a camping area just up from the Obelisk, and was tempted to camp here, before heading back to work at lunchtime on the Tuesday, but thought better of that, so got my photos of the Obelisk, and the information signs, and continued on my way.
Found at 1807. Tho I had seen the obelisk from down in the valley @ 1715, when I took a zoomed shot of it. Certainly seen from a long distance.
