After noticing all of the new scavenges for the Summer Scavenger Series we were in Penrith with JJCC and drive down to Memorial Avenue and took a walk along the river walk in order to view the bridge from the side. Interestingly there is another bridge project underway (completion 2018) next to the current bridge - not sure if it is a complementary bridge or a replacement.
