The Big Western Australia trip in 2018. Day 26. A day spent exploring Cape Range National Park. Yardie Creek was too high to cross and the trip up the range was dramatic !
On my way to a nearby GC cache, I saw this marker and on the return journey stopped to investigate. There was a plug and bolt near the pole, so I decided to put it in GA as a trig station. I found it quite a challenge to get here, even in my car as I am told the eastern tracks are closed, sop the western climb up the range is the only and dramatic option.
